The 15th International CHARGE Syndrome Conference will be held at Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando, FL, July 20-23, 2023.

  • Adults (13 and over): $379
  • Children 12 and under, attending camp: $379  
  • Children 12 and under not attending camp: $279 
  • Individuals with CHARGE: FREE!
  • Professional Day (Thursday) only: $220  
  • Professional Day & Conference: $599 
  • One Day Only (Friday or Saturday): $249
  • Hotel room rate: $169 excluding taxes

Funding

There are many funding options available to help make attending Conference possible for families.  We have put together the following Funding Guide for your convenience.

Please check with your local State Deafblind Project for additional potential funding to attend Conference.

Scholarships

The Foundation will also have a limited number of scholarships will become available.  Check back for an application in early 2023.

First-time conference attendees can apply for the Norbury Scholarship, a tribute to Marion Norbury, founder of the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation, and her husband Lee, who supported her work. The Norbury Scholarship covers up to 3 conference registrations.

The CHARGE for Connor Scholarship was created in memory of and tribute to Connor Logsdon by his family. The scholarship supports families who need help with hotel costs.

The Emma Bluestone Scholarship was created in memory of Emma Bluestone, a grandmother of Zachary, an individual with CHARGE.  Repeat attendees can apply for this scholarship to cover up to 3 conference registrations.

ONLY FOUNDATION MEMBERS MAY APPLY FOR SCHOLARSHIPS. BECOME A MEMBER BY APRIL 1, 2023 TO BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR A SCHOLARSHIP.
