Hotel Room Rates

$224 for a standard 1 or 2 bed room, up to 4 person occupancy.

Attendees will have the opportunity to upgrade their room type when making a reservations. Prices and availability will vary.

  • Taxi or Rideshare (Uber / Lyft)
    • Time: 18 to 20 minutes
    • Cost: $35 – $45 (taxis); rideshare varies by surge/time.
    • Where to catch: Follow airport signs to designated terminal ground transportation/rideshare pickup zones.
  • Rental Car
    • Available at DFW Airport Rental Car Center. Take airport shuttle to the center, rent car, and drive east on TX-183 / I-35E south toward North Stemmons Freeway.
  • Public Transit (DART)
    • Time: ~42 to 45 minutes
    • Cost: $3.00
    • Route:
      1. Board the Orange Line train at DFW Airport Station.
      2. Ride to Southwest Medical District/Parkland Station.
      3. Walk (~15–16 minutes, about 0.7 miles) or catch a local bus connection (like line/stop toward Stemmons) to the hotel at 2201 N. Stemmons Freeway.
