The Foundation has asked families and professionals to recommend physicians or therapists who have been helpful to your family, who are knowledgeable about CHARGE syndrome or have been willing to learn and go that extra mile. While the Foundation does not endorse or recommend any specific providers, we are happy to share the information we received from our families and members. If you are looking for a physician or therapist in your area:
- Please email info@chargesyndrome.org – indicate your name, your state/province/country, and the type of provider you seek.
We are always looking for new recommendations, so please fill out our referral form to provide us with any additional providers. If you are a service provider and wish to be listed, please submit a self-referral. The person submitting the referral will not be listed.
