The CHARGE Syndrome Foundation is pleased to announce that Donna Martin, chair of our Scientific Advisory Board and mother of an adult with CHARGE, is the new chair of the University of Michigan’s Department of Pediatrics.

In addition, Donna has been awarded an NIH grant to study Epigenetics of Inner Ear Neurosensory Cell Development.
The research will be conducted in collaboration with Kelvin Kwan of Rutgers, a past recipient of a CSF pilot grant, and Yehoash Rafael of the University of Michigan.
