What do you want people to know about your family?
We live just outside of Springfield, IL with our dog, pony, cats, and chickens. Andrew is a District Conservationist and Corie is a Parent Guide with IL Hands and Voices Guide By Your Side. We are excited to be learning ASL and cued speech.
Why do you volunteer with the Foundation?
I have worked as a Parent Guide since Louise was a year old. I love being able to help families work through a new diagnosis and give them the resources they need to make the best decisions for their family. Volunteering with the Foundation will allow me to connect with more families who may be in a scary or difficult moment in their lives and empower them to be the best advocate for their child with CHARGE.
What activities do you/your family like to do?
Our family likes to camp, ride horses, swim, play sports, and travel
