The CHARGE Syndrome Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, designs sponsorship packages to maximize your organization’s exposure while supporting the only national organization dedicated solely to serving people affected by CHARGE syndrome, which impacts 1 in 10,000 births. Exhibitors
Exhibits will be open Friday and Saturday.
Deadline for registration is June 1, 2025.
*Booth space is limited. Each 10’ x 10’ booth space will have a 6 foot professionally skirted table and two chairs. No dividing drapes between booths will be provided. Electricity will be available at tables, but exhibit price does not include internet connection or any material handling, labor or shipping.
All shipping and receiving costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor and arrangements should be made in advance directly with the hotel. Meals and attendance at Conference are not included in the Exhibitor Fees.*
