On top of the added stress of travel, costs can accumulate when having to travel often to receive specialized medical care. With this is mind, the Foundation offers a Medical Travel Assistance Program. This program is intended for families who would benefit from assistance to cover the cost for travel to receive medical care and may be used to cover transportation, meals, lodging, and parking for medical care that requires out of state/long distance travel.
