“We are beyond grateful for the Medical Travel Assistance Program we’ve received through the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation. We live across the country, and this is the third time we are flying back to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital for our son to receive the treatment he needs.
Lodging, meals, and transportation expenses can get overwhelmingly expensive. We feel very blessed to have such a wonderful and supportive program. The grant we received helped alleviate some of our worries to allow us to focus on our child and family during these strenuous times.” -Danielle H.
