Jamie Goodpaster has spent most of her career specializing in accessibility, inclusion, and fostering a sense of belonging for the often marginalized. Her most recent work has centered around reducing the stigma of disabilities in the workforce and academia.

Jamie has a Master of Science degree in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Campbellsville University.

Jamie is a native Oregonian currently residing in the Portland-Metro area. Her and her family will be relocating to her husband’s hometown of Louisville, Kentucky this summer. Jamie and her husband share two children Brody (14) and Emory (8). Jamie is the mother of a child on the autism spectrum and has first-hand experience in trying to navigate resources, education, and service providers for your child. She believes a strong network of resources and helpful mentors can make all the difference in opening the right doors for your child’s health, safety, and growth; thus, improving the overall well-being of your entire family.

In their free-time, will find Jamie and her family watching Marvel movies, The Portland Trailblazers and University of Louisville sports, taking weekend road-trips, and playing extremely competitive board games..
