We know that coming to conference can be difficult financially so we have prepared a Funding Guide to help you look for sources of funding that may be available to you and your family. You can also earn free registrations through our fundraising incentive program. It’s important to try as many options as possible in order to find the funding you need for your family.
In addition, we offer a limited number of scholarships for families who are members of the Foundation.
NOTE: The deadline for scholarship applications was April 1. All applicants will be notified by May 1.
The CHARGE Syndrome Foundation has 3 scholarships that families can apply for to help with conference finances:
The Norbury Scholarship – these scholarships are for members of the Foundation who are first-time conference attendees. These scholarships cover registration costs. This scholarship was begun as a tribute to Lee Norbury and is now in tribute to Lee and Marion Norbury, who was one of the founders of the Foundation.
The Charge It For CHARGE (CIFC) Scholarship – any member of the Foundation can apply for CIFC scholarships, which cover registration costs. These scholarships are supported by the yearly Charge it for CHARGE campaigns and strong preference will be given to families who have taken part in the CIFC fundraisers.
The CHARGE for Connor Scholarship – these scholarships are in memory and tribute to Connor Logsdon. It was set up by his family and provides support to families who may need help with hotel costs at conference time.
