Scholarships

This year, the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation, Inc. held its most successful fundraiser called, 'Charge it for CHARGE'. Due to the success of this online fundraiser, the Foundation is able to offer a number of new scholarships to assist individuals in attending the 2009 CHARGE Syndrome Conference. Anyone is eligible to apply, whether it is their first conference or not. Applicants, however, must be a current member in good standing with the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation, Inc. Financial need will also be considered.

If you would like to be considered for one of the Charge it for CHARGE Fundraiser Scholarships, please download and complete the following application. Completed applications must be received by the Foundation no later than May 1st, 2009.

Other Financial Assistance
